Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in the same condition as when sold, and with all original tags intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or have had their tags removed.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Damaged Item Exchange Policy

Notification: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at info@jnathanjewels.com to report the damaged item.
