Refunds & Returns Policy
Effective Date: July 1, 2025
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- If a headwrap, hat, or accessory is included, it must also be unworn and unused.
- Earrings are not refundable due to hygiene and safety concerns.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at in**@***********ls.com with your full name, order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.
All refund requests will be accepted. However, if the returned item is worn, used, or damaged, the refund will be denied, and the item will be returned to you.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued immediately once the returned item has been reviewed and approved. Your bank or credit card provider may take several business days to reflect the refund in your account. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number when contacting us. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
