We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Earrings are nonrefundable for hygiene and safety reasons, and sale items are final sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an incorrect or damaged item was received.
